With the latest version 11 of the X-Code development interface, the familiar Application Loader for providing IPA files in App Store Connect is no longer available to users.
The alternative is called Transporter.
Transporter is the simple and easy way to deliver content to Apple. Easily send apps, music, movies, TV shows, or books for distribution on the App Store, Apple Music, Apple TV app, Apple Books, or iTunes Store.
